1) Check-in is at 3:00 PM.

2) Check-out is at noon.

3) Excess hours will be charged at RM 80.00 per hour.

4) Upon arrival, tenants are required to check in using MySejahtera, and children need to check in as dependents under their parents.

5) Smoking is prohibited in all areas within the villa and cottage rooms.

6) Tenants are allowed to rearrange furniture both inside and outside the villa if they restore the original arrangement before check-out.

7) The villa does not provide kitchen towels or dishwashing soap. All towels and soap are remnants from previous customers, and tenants can use them at their own risk.

8) The hall room is to be used as a prayer room or an additional bedroom only. Eating and drinking are not allowed in this room to ensure its cleanliness for prayer and worship activities.

9) Folding chairs and tables from the storage area outside can be used with the condition that they are returned to their original place before check-out.

10) Before entering the pool, please ensure you shower and clean your feet at the outdoor restroom provided.

11) Cotton clothing is not allowed to be worn while using the swimming pool.

12) Pool umbrellas must be closed during strong winds, heavy rain, and at night.

13) For check-out, please make sure all trash is disposed of in the garbage bins outside the fence that has been provided.

14) Any damages occurring during the rental period will be fully borne by the tenant.

15) A 100% deposit deduction will occur in case of damages, and full replacement costs will be charged if the cost of the damaged items exceeds the deposit amount.
